Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at plantamilk@gmail.com. Please note that return address information will be provided upon request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
